Michigan kick my butt. This was a workout that showed my weakness and I struggled today because of it. I need to be better and relaxing and finding a rhythm when I am off. No excuses for how it went, I run for Wartburg on a badass team where my teammates still show up and perform when they aren't 100%. I'm not down or sad about the workout. It's just a workout that I do need to look at and fix things and be better from it.
