I am content with the race I had. I wish I hung on near end of my race, and I shouldn't have let that gap form at he beginning of the race. Also, I am happy that I did that well, getting a PR off of a really bad race last 8k and for being on crutches last weekend. I think the best thing I did for myself is I didn't think about the race that much and I just thought hey I am lucky to be here so just gonna see what I can do. Went out hard and found a great spot and worked with Alec most of the race.
