Super easy workout. Felling really good about where I am at and excited to get on the track and race. Oh also for some reason my watch was off on reps but comparing to everyone else's I think I wasn't off my splits. I swear my watch was off. Also, in the second set of 4 200s I was breathing through my noise to prove a point on how easy it was.
