About me:
I am your average military brat that has lived in 8 states and 2 countries, having visited 3 others. I live in Cali, but consider Alabama to be my roots, and plan to move to Arizona next year. I love rock climbing and working out, but have gotten lazy from dating lazy girls and spending too much time playing Halo 2 and my love of food. God I love food. |
Why do I run:
Aside from my knees hurting it is the best feeling in the world. It is a constant competition with yourself to battle fatigue and sore muscles to push yourself to the limit. It amazes me that during interval training the 3rd set allows me to push 2x - 3x the distance of the first or second... I love that.
