ran with Gerard down around White Beaches ... pretty "fresh" wind blowing off the water ... nice and cold this AM. Breaking in a new pair of shoes that I hope to have 25 miles on by the marathon. Noticed some pain on my right lower leg just above the heal [started late Friday.] Is that the Achilles? I am going to have to monitor. It hurts now ... not so much when I was running. Right knee feels fine.
