ow -- it hurts. Nothing feeling too good despite copious stretching [3x's / day] ... proud to say that i lost a toe-nail today -- nice! My toes look like piano keys [ebony and ivory] -- anyway, ran with Jim S. down around the resovoir through the mud, etc. Just breaking the legs back in.
