out late last night at the John Mayer concert ... skipped the AM run and ran tonight instead. H-O-T ... as much as dragging out of bed can be tough it beat the heck out of the PM heat. Anyway, tried another new pair of shoes tonight [size 14.] Feel OK -- little heal rub on the inside right foot. Otherwise, just took it easy. Can't say that it was a great run --- just keeping the mileage for the Friday AM 12 miler
