ran the first 2 miles with Joe C [world's greatest flag football QB] -- we haven't run together in a couple of weeks ... he is the captain of "Team Hairclub" ... 18:00 first 2 miles ... streched out the legs for the next 2 miles --- picked up the pace -- strong and confortable pace ... last 1+ mile I ran 6 x 40 seconds. [The 6th interval was on a slight downhill strech ... felt like I was flying.] I would say I was moving at 75% ... hard but controlled. Light jog in between. I feel good -- looking forward to Sat's race
