ran alone for the first time in a while ... actully it's been so long that i was running for about 15 minutes before i realized that i wasn't wearing the IPOD ... lot of useless info rattling around in my brain. right knee hurts ... friday is my last long / long run ... i think Jim and Dan are going to run the first 13 then bail ... weather report for Friday AM is about 53 degrees and sunny ... looking forward to it
