ran with gerard and jim ... little slower than yesterday -- i am trying to back these guys down a bit as i get no benefit from running fast. Wore the Super Feet Green last 2 days ... achilles feels OK ... makes my right knee hurt though. [I am sure i have a wacky gait and doesn't help that i weigh 225 lbs ... impossible to find shoes in my size -- nobody carries them.] Anyway, I am going to keep up on the stretching and ice / heat ... continue to wear the Super Feet ... see how we feel after 8 miles on Friday.
