wish I was racing this AM ... probably the best run I have done in a month. Ran the hill loop 3x's [1.7 miles each loop] and then tacked .9 miles onto the end. First loop in 14:00 minutes [8:15 pace]; second loop in 14:05 minutes ... third loop was at least at that pace. Streched my legs out for the whole last mile which I would guess was at a 7:30 or better pace ... finished the whole 6 miles under an 8:00 minute pace. Considering how much I hate hills ... this was a considerably better hill day than the first one 3 weeks and ago. I felt good when I was finishing ... very pleased overall.
Calfs are pretty minor ... streched them both out all throughout the day yesterday and will continue same today. Left knee feels OK.
