I was trying to hit 130 / 400m. Pretty much fast on all the intervals ... I was 43 secs through most of the fist 200m then tried to slow down to get the pace right ... never felt like I was really struggling. The last 6 repeats I was concentrating pretty hard but's that OK. Anyway -- feel fine
127= 5:50 pace
128 = 5:54 pace
129 = 5:58 pace
