Notes
have really lucked out with the rain this year ... but not today. Ran with Jim in the rain ... not so bad -- little chilly. Had a great dinner last night with my brother / sister-in-law and Bri and Mo ... homemade linguine with a porcini mushroom sauce -- mmmmm! Of course, had too many glasses of red wine ... everything was pounding this AM ... and I never get a solid sleep with red wine. Other than my right hip to my right knee ... everything was OK -- probably a bit faster than I would have wanted. Would have been tough to get up if I hadn't committed to Jim that we would meet in the AM. [Infected toe-nail is all better -- thankfully.]
