Notes

Ran same 13.5 mile route as last weekend but in reverse. After 13 miles I added 2.35 miles extra for a total of 15.85. I did the 13.5 mile route in 1:57. This was 14 minutes faster than last weekend. The last 2 miles were tough on the back of my legs.
