Notes
Rushed to the race. Crap warmup. Lined up bad, too much traffic and ended up sprinting around people to a fast opening mile. Bad. Steep hill in the middle of mile 2 killed us. We had to powerwalk it and lost our group by about 15 seconds. We held worked hard to close the gap on the third mile but no dice. Poor strategy and weak running. Shouldn't have had so many drinks last night.
The upside was that this was a great run with William!
