First 5K under 20 minutes in over a year. Well run. Steady pacing. Horribly humid. Had to fight through the the hill in the middle which was tougher mentally than physically. Better fitness than I thought I had.
GPS only registered 3.05 and my gut tells me the course was about 15-20 seconds short but mapping it out puts it right on 3.11. I just don't feel mid 18s fit yet.
