Evaul and treatment. Just logging the treatment.
Seems my adductor longus and the rest of the adductor band are severely strained. Been that way since end of May and I'm finally stopping to admit it. Runnings been going downhill due to it. Also, possible labrum tear but possibly not a problem if I can get the adductors sorted.
