Didn't want to run the indoor track workout because it was about 50 so Shawn gave me an alternate workout. Felt pretty good. Slogging along is more tiring than brisk running apparently.
2-3 miles easy (25 mins)
3 miles - 2 minute pickup (half marathon pace) 1 minute jog (21 mins)
1 mile easy ( 8 mins)
2 miles - marathon pace (14 mins)
1 mile easy (8mins)
2 miles - 1 minute pickup (10k pace), 1 minute easy (13mins)
1-2 miles easy (16 mins)
