Long bike ride in prep for century in two weeks. Relaxed for the first 35 miles and pushed it harder the last 25 with the last hour into the wind. Quads were burning at about mile 60. I hope they can go another 40 in two weeks.
bike computer said 61.11 & gmaps ped said 64.8. I like 64.8.
