19 minutes on the arc & 11 minutes on the elliptical. 3 units, whatever they are when you're on these machines!
Tested inclines and effort levels to determine which machine and which settings activate my issues more and less. It seems the ARC activates this more than the elliptical and the lesser inclines with more resistance also activate it more. Moving more of the workout to my quads/glutes reduces symptoms.
Trying to put in a decent week of aerobic activity and, though the efforts are only moderate, I'm walking a fine line here...
