ASICS Trail Attack 5WR (Mar 2010)
Ran 6.8 miles trails in the Fells. Working on running all the trails and fire roads. 1.4 miles each way to trail head. On the way to the Fells I calibrated the nike+ sensor with a mile run around the HS track.
