Did this run "for the log." I wanted to get over 30 miles this week. It was another 30/50 week. Next week will be touch for the 30 but probably not for the 50.
Ran the "Healthy Melrose 5K" route that I'll run in two weeks. I did a strong run over the course at about 23 minutes. It's challenging but will suit my strengths. 85% of the climbing is in the first half.
