3am wakeup then Bagel and coffee for breakfast, after the race I had two 20oz Concrete Beach PR Pilsners and forgot to eat for a while. Then I lost track of everything I ate and drank. We had dinner reservations at the steakhouse in Canada and I was so exhausted I was falling asleep at the table.
This day had the least walking, probably due to that marathon I ran in the morning.
