Last night decided to take a pass on this and ate and drank too much. Woke up at 6 and remembered this was gonna be my speed workout for the week and I was up so I went.
Wanted to keep the pace under 6 and finish under 1:30. Didn't get the time I wanted. Breathing in 20 degrees isn't ideal and neither is a hill in the last half mile of a 5K.
