Notes
I've run windy races but this has to be the windiest. Was gonna run first 10 at 6:50 then go hard for the final 5K but found the first 3 at that pace in the wind to be work so when the wind turned to my back I made the most of it for 5 miles and then gave an even bigger effort to finish it off with the last 4 miles in the wind. Even the final hill was in the face. Who knows how strong the wind was. They had gale warnings in the city. Time does not match the effort at all.
