Holy hell this sucked balls. I'm a broken mess right now. Hip hurts again, right Achilles is on and off, and now allergies has come along. I've got a sore throat and breathing feels like it's through a straw. On top of that my quads are really sore. Da fuck? Why?
After the run I pounded two Red Bulls and a big bag of M&Ms. Gotta do what ya gotta do.
