Notes
Slept till bout 7:45.
French toast bacon and coffee for breakfast. BLT hot dog for lunch, pasta and salad for dinner.
Tried the Einstök Ölgerð Icelandic White Ale in Norway. That was good. Then I had the Altenmünster Oktoberfest which was also pretty good.
Thought we took it somewhat easy today but still got another 8 and a half miles.
Haven't run all week. Legs seem a little annoyed about it. Looking forward to a little running tomorrow.
