TM interval workout. 1 mile warmup then 4x 5:45 mile/min half mile efforts w/ 4 x 0.25 mile recoveries at 7:30 min/mile pace. Workout felt good but I'm not sure how well it will translate to the road. Average speed looks ridiculous for me.
