Decided if I was going to drive 200 miles round trip for a race I might as well give it everything I've got and see what my fitness looks like. I got a better time than expected.
Barely held it together in the latter miles. Left no time on the course. Racing is hard and I like it that way.
Pretty much nailed my pacing with a 7 second negative split. 33:38 / 33:31
