Easy slow ride over the Ras na hEireann course. Riding the bike worked out great because it allowed me to get out in the road and simulate seeing the course in the same places as I will in the race. It also allowed me to get a feel for the inclines and declines. Funny how this bike ride over the course was slower than my race.
