Not really sure how far I went today. I did a time trial with the Wisconsin Track Club. I did a 10 minute warm up and 10 minute cool down. I did a Women's 200m race, and a Mixed Gender 4x400m relay. I won the Women's 200m! I actually ran a lot faster than I thought I was able to, I was in a heat with just me and Angie since we wanted to race. I went 28.1, so pretty good right now. In the 4x4 I was on a team with Angie, Hanna, and Izak. I was dead after the 200 and didn't have much to give. We ended up in 3rd, Izak almost got us into 2nd! Our relay went 4:05, so not bad!
