Crushed my run today! I think I'm starting to get back into it! Ran a bit over 4 miles in 30 minutes. I ran the first 3 with Mike and we kept a pretty good pace, I felt really good, so the last mile I decided to pick it up to see what would happen. I felt really good, I could've kept going. I think I might be able to throw in a workout once a week.
