Did a 25 minute Progression run with Tasha before the track meet today. I wasn't sure if I would be able to hang out but it actually went really well. We did a 15 minute warm up and a 15 minute cool down. It actually went really well, we started off easy and slowly picked it up. My arch didn't flare up at all, so that's good!
