Notes
Pretty good long run today. I decided to run it in the shell, which was stupid! I probably would've been fine outside. I've been slacking on logging the past two weeks, so I need to make sure to log afterwards to remember how I felt. I wanted to do strides after this one but my legs were feeling pretty heavy and tired so I figured the long run was good enough. Pretty good splits, trying to build up my endurance and get back into it.
