Notes

Ran to the shell, was just going to do 3-4 easy, but I was feeling good and started going faster each mile so I did 3 miles negative splitting each mile. I definitely could've gone faster on the last one, but I decided not to push it too hard since I'm only a week and a half into training. Afterwards I did 4x100m strides with 100m walk back after each. Then I ran back to my apartment. Pretty good run, my calf was a little tight but not bad.
