Notes

Started Lianna's training plan today for my race coming up, we'll see if she's any good at coaching... Ran 4 miles in the shell today, definitely felt easier than yesterday, but I was at a slower pace. My stomach didn't hurt at all, so that's good. I positive split it, so that's not good, but it'll take me a bit to get back into it. Also did 7 minutes of abs and some stretching afterwards. The abs definitely hurt, haven't done any abs in awhile.

Feeling some pains in my arch, but that's probably just from not running in 10 months...
