Ended up doing a workout today that I didn't plan on doing. I did a mile warm up with the Edgewood girls, and then ended up doing 7 hills (330m, Hollister) at sub 1:25 pace (jog down after each), then a 1.5 mile cool down. After 4 hills we did 4 strides with 30 seconds rest after each. Felt pretty good for most of it, I'm pretty out of shape so I felt this one!
