Did 200s at the Shell today. Did a 3 mile warm up, did some dynamics (Don't wanna pull a hammy), and then did 6x200 (:38-:40) with 200 jog recovery (~1:08). My last 200 I ran faster, I stayed relaxed during it, I didn't want to push too hard but I wanted to see what I could comfortably do. Then I did an easy 1 mile cool down. This went better than I expected, I definitely was tired during the 200s, so I need to get back in shape, but my stomach didn't hurt at all which is great!
