First run in a long time, two months out from a 5k I'm signed up for, I should probably try to get in shape. Ran an "easy" 3 miles in the shell, I'm very out of shape. This was rough, my lungs can't handle it, I need to get my aerobic base back. My stomach only hurt a little, but I think it was my abs being out of shape too. We'll see how this progresses.
