Notes

I skipped my long run yesterday... I've actually been pretty sore the past couple days, I think it's because of the time trial, my legs weren't ready to go that fast. I was still pretty sore today but I actually had a really good run with Jenny today! We did 25 minutes easy, then 15 minutes at tempo, and the rest was easy. The easy part was around 8 flat pace, then we picked it up and were cruising (We averaged 6:30 for the 15 minutes, we ran a 6:17 mile in there), then we just ran a bit to cool down. My legs felt sore but I actually felt good during this run! I'm gonna try to up the mileage this week to get back into it. I don't want another week like last week, but I guess that will help with recovery.
