Tried to hop in a progression run with the Edgewood guys today and was definitely in over my head! I was feeling pretty good after my long run this past weekend, and thought I might be able to keep up, but I couldn't! They were doing a 6 mile progression, starting at 6:20 and dropping down to 5:30. I ended up doing a 4 mile workout, I did 2 miles with them, then I died, I waited a bit for some other guys who were doing an out and back workout and I hoped in their last two miles. So basically I did 2x2 miles. Overall not a bad workout, I think I needed this to see where I'm at. I did a 19min warm up and a 20min cool down.
