Awful long run today! I started out with Lianna and Allie, we ran around the Capital and then Lianna and I went farther. I could not hang on at all, by legs just didn't want to move. I tried to go but eventually mu body said stop and I needed to stop. I think my nutrition has been lacking the past few weeks and it finally has caught up with me. I had a great week last week but I don't think I ate enough. I need to get back at it!
