Huge field of 2000+ on challenging course through Glenview Cemetery in Akron. Got boxed in for first 1/4 mile and finally got in the open by the 1/2 mile. Mile in 5:40, miles 2-3 in 11:45 and held on in the final mile. Not an even effort, nor a flat course. Survived the oxygen debt. 40th place OA and new PR at this lightly raced distance.
