Shot in the Dark 4mi race. great time. Ran with Liz. I had no clue what my legs would do. I couldn't believe it when my legs were turning over fine. At one mile mark, I knew I was going to finish. Ran negative split. Splits: 7:16/6:41/6:48/6:43<BR>Many were in awe, as was I. Today's feat ranks up there with my PR marathon run.
