Two mile time trial with Randy, Angie, and Andrea
Got a thorough warm-up with a few strides and 2x 1 minutes @ Interval-pace. Felt good - been a while since racing this distance.
Splits: 5:41/5:49
Randy about 10 seconds behind and nice to have him to work with. Soon he'll be dusting me.
Fitness right about where I expect for this time of year.
11:31 = VDOT 54.6 (room for improvement with 12 weeks to target race)
