this should have been my long run (8-9) but I think my shoes are done. Pretty much every step of this 5 miles was uncomfortable. Piriformis was not in agreement with this run either. Did 1 mile on the stationary bike afterward to try to work out the muscles in my legs. New shoes tomorrow and another shot at my long run.
