Notes

I did 6 2 minute rounds on the heavy bag.

1) straight jab 1.5 then jab/right for the last 30 sec

2) straight right 1.5 then jab/right for the last 30 sec

3) hooks (right/left) full 2 minutes

4) front kick (right/left) full 2 minutes

5) round house (10 right/10 left alternate) jab/right for the last 30 sec

6) side kick (25 right/25 left alternate) jab/right for the last 30 sec

then I did ab and back work for 10 minutes and called it a day!!
