horrible run. scheduled 4 miles of intervals. ended up with just over 1 mile of blah. couldn't get my heartrate to regulate, leg hurt, it was too hot. blah blah blah. try again tomorrow.

Well done on deciding to skip it. Hope you feel better tomorrow. Bad running days are often a sign that positive things are on the way as your body adapts and compensates for recent training - so try not to feel too negative about this. x
