5 Min BW strength warmup + Peloton Bodyweight workout. This was a beginner BW class so I didn't need to do as many modifications. But still some - seeing as I had a major surgery 3 weeks ago. LOL. My incision is starting to feel better each day and happy to be making progress. Chloe slept in the bouncer in the basement while I did this.
