Wellll - attempted the workout. Gorgeous day outside so I called my MIL to come watch Hannah so I could take advantage and run outside.
2 miles up, plan was 4 x 1 mile at threshold--
1st rep: 6:48 felt decent!
2nd rep: 6:35 better!
3rd rep: 3/4 mile into it and felt super nauseous so cut to recovery early
4th rep: tried to rally for the last rep and did about 1/2 mile before felt like I was gonna be sick
cut the rest of the workout and cool down and just went home.
